Schools & Child Care
Many children and youth spend roughly half of their waking hours in school or child care. By creating systems that support healthy school and child care environments and model healthy behaviors, everyone benefits. Healthy Rice County is working with local schools and child care providers to create policies, systems, and environmental changes which support the health of children.
